The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a suspect in a theft from the exterior of a vehicle on September 18, 2019.
At about 2:51 a.m., the pictured subject was observed on video surveillance removing a rim cap from the rim of the victim’s front driver’s side tire of his vehicle. The victim’s vehicle was parked in the driveway of his residence in the 1700 block of Erie Street.
