The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a subject in the investigation of an illegal dumping incident on September 26, 2019.
At about 2:01 a.m., the pictured Dodge Ram pickup truck with a dark colored hood and single-axle utility trailer with a green tailgate were used to dump unknown bags of debris underneath the Earhart Expressway bridge. The subject driving the vehicle is an unknown black male.
