The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of a theft by pick-pocketing incident that occurred on September 22, 2019.
At about 3:45 a.m., the victim was walking in the 400 block of Bourbon Street when he was reportedly approached by the pictured unknown transgender female subject. The subject hugged the victim and then allegedly stole property from the victim.
