WANTED: Suspect Identified in Aggravated Battery on Chef Menteur Highway

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Denise Johnson (DOB: 09-15-1973) in connection with an aggravated battery incident that occurred on October 19, 2018 in the 8300 block of Chef Menteur Highway.

The victim and Johnson were reportedly involved in a verbal altercation at the location when Johnson allegedly brandished a knife toward the victim. A physical altercation then reportedly ensued, in which the victim was allegedly stabbed multiple times by Johnson.

When located, Johnson will be arrested for aggravated battery by cutting.
