The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a subject believed to be responsible for a theft in the 300 block of Poydras Street on October 9, 2018.
At about 9:48 a.m., the pictured subject entered the location and was seen removing several books from a display shelf. The subject then reportedly placed the books into a blue duffle bag and fled the location on foot in an unknown direction.
