NOPD Searches for Subject Wanted in Second District Simple Robbery

The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted in connection with a simple robbery that occurred in the Second District.

 

On September 28, 2018 around 2:50 p.m., the wanted subject ran inside the Subway located in the 3500 block of South Carrollton Avenue. He ran behind the counter as the employees ran in fear and removed money from the register.

 

The subject then fled the location on foot north on Dublin Street.

 

The incident was captured on surveillance video that can be seen here.

 

The wanted subject is described as an unknown black male with short hair, thick build, standing about six feet tall, wearing a dark colored T-shirt, gray sweat pants, and dark colored slippers.
