NOPD Searches for Subject Wanted for Attempted Second Degree Murder

The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted in an attempted second-degree murder that occurred in the Seventh District.

On October 19, 2018, the wanted subject, identified as Kenneth Dalcour (B/M, 1/1/1989), allegedlylocked himself and the victim inside the victim’s residence in the 6900 block of East Hermes Street.
