The NOPD is searching for a vehicle stolen from a parking lot on Julia Street in the First District.

On Sunday October 15, 2017 around 11:30 a.m., the victim parked his vehicle in the Southern Electronics parking lot in the 2300 block of Julia Street believing it to be valid parking during the New Orleans Saints game.

There were two men with professionally-made signs advertising $5 parking for the day at that location.

When he returned to his vehicle at 4 p.m., he discovered his vehicle was missing and almost all the other vehicles previously parked at the location were gone.

A vehicle similar to the one stolen is pictured above.
