The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify two suspects seen on surveillance stealing packages in the 300 block of Carondelet Street on September 27, 2017.
At approximately 4 a.m., the above pictured subjects were observed stealing the victim’s packages from the mailroom of a residential building in the area.
