The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Raymond Nelson (DOB: 08-14-1993) in connection with illegal possession of stolen things.
On September 22, 2017, Nelson was reportedly seen entering a known stolen vehicle while in the 12340 block of South I-10 Service Road and leaving the location.
When located, Nelson will be arrested for illegal possession of stolen things.
