The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating Weldon Ruffin (DOB: 08/01/1977) who is accused of stealing items from the Burkes Outlet.
The incident occurred in the 3000 block of Holiday Drive on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. The pictured suspect below was seen stuffing items into his pants and fleeing the location without paying for the merchandise.
