The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a suspect seen on surveillance video in an auto burglary that occurred in the 3900 block of Sullen Place on October 3, 2017.
At about 10:39 p.m., the pictured unknown subject was observed examining a vehicle in the 3900 block of Sullen Place. At approximately 3:17 a.m., the subject returned to the area covering his face and hands and is seen burglarizing the vehicle, stealing various items.
