The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a male subject after he was seen on video attempting to burglarize a home.
The above pictured subject was involved in an attempted residential burglary in the 900 block of Ursulines Avenue on May 12, 2017 at about 7:40 p.m. The subject is believed to be a homeless male who frequents Esplanade Avenue and the lower French Quarter area.
