The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a subject believed to be responsible for a theft in the 3900 block of Downman Road on October 11, 2017.
At about 10:13 a.m., the pictured individual was observed taking a Segway motor scooter from a carwash in the area. The subject was seen driving the pictured 2015 GMC Sierra pickup truck bearing Louisiana license plate # C356031 at the time of the incident.
