NOPD is investigating an auto burglary in the Third District.
On October 27, 2017 at 4:10 a.m. a light colored Dodge Charger and a dark colored SUV stopped next to the victim’s vehicles in the 200 block of Lane Street.
One of the subjects exited the rear of the Dodge Charger and made entry into the victim’s 2014 Toyota 4Runner.
No property was found to be stolen however the interior of the victim’s vehicle was ransacked.
The Dodge Charger was occupied by at least three subjects. The dark colored SUV moved past the first vehicle to the intersection during the burglary acting as a lookout.
