The NOPD has obtained arrest warrants for Michael Dixon (DOB: 06-17-1966) and Chinette Armstead (03-03-1966) in connection with a shoplifting that occurred at the Walgreens at 4110 General Degaulle Drive.
At about 9:13 a.m., Dixon and Armstead are believed to be the individuals captured on surveillance video entering the store and emptying the store’s entire perfume/cologne display, concealing the property inside of a book bag before leaving the store without paying for the property and fleeing the location.
Dixon and Armstead have been identified as habitual shoplifters and, when located, both will be charged with shoplifting and illegal possession of stolen goods.
