Suspects, Vehicle Sought from Carjacking on Gentilly Boulevard

Suspects, Vehicle Sought from Carjacking on Gentilly Boulevard

The NOPD is looking for a stolen vehicle and the suspects responsible for stealing the vehicle in the 2600 block of Gentilly.

 

On October 26, 2016, the victim reported that he was rear-ended by a silver four-door Suzuki vehicle. He stated that when exited his vehicle, he was beaten by occupants of the silver vehicle, then several of the suspects jumped into his vehicle and drove off.

 

The victim’s car is described as a black 2010 Dodge Challenger with Louisiana license plate number XUU409. It will have damage to the rear.

Carjacking

Louisiana law states that Individuals convicted of carjacking shall be imprisoned at hard labor for not less than two years and for not more than 20 years, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
