The NOPD is looking for Stephon Young (DOB: 10-17-1964) in connection to a theft.
On September 20, 2016, at about 8:30 a.m., Young was observed removing a tire and rim from the victim’s vehicle in the 300 block of Pacific Avenue. Young then drove off in a beige Ford Expedition with Louisiana license plate number ZNN029.
