The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Charles Carmack (DOB: 04-14-1985) in connection with a residential burglary that occurred on September 19, 2016, in the 300 block of Belleville Street.
Carmack is believed to be the person observed on video surveillance at about 12:10 a.m. exiting the victim’s yard carrying a Yard Machine lawnmower, Echo weed trimmer and pressure washer.
When located, Carmack will be charged with simple burglary and possession of stolen property.
