Suspect Identified in Aggravated Battery and Assault on Cobblestone Lane

The NOPD is looking for Raven “Kilo” Bartholomew (DOB: 4/16/1994) for a variety of offenses related to a disturbance that took place on October 10, 2016.

At approximately 10:45 a.m., officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 2100 block of Cobblestone Lane. Upon arrival they were able to establish that a verbal altercation between three individuals had turned physical.

Bartholomew reportedly became involved in a verbal altercation with the male victim when an unknown male approached and also became involved in the argument. The two males then began a physical altercation and Bartholomew struck the victim in the head with a gun and fired the weapon, striking an occupied apartment nearby.

The victim fled the scene on foot. Bartholomew and another female got into a blue, newer model Nissan Maxima and left the apartment complex.

Bartholomew is wanted for aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a firearm, and aggravated criminal damage to property. A photo of the wanted suspect is included below.

If you have any information about this incident or Bartholomew’s whereabouts please contact any Fourth District detective at 504-658-6040. Citizens with information that can help solve crimes are asked to call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111 or toll-free 1-877-903-STOP.
