The NOPD is looking for a person of interest in connection to an armed robbery in the 1300 block of Coliseum.
On October 11, 2016, the victim reported that he was approached by an unknown male who was armed with a gun. The perpetrator robbed the victim of his property and fled the scene.
During the course of the investigation, Sixth District detectives developed the individual pictured below as a "person of interest." He was observed driving a white Dodge Challenger with racing stripes on each side.

In Louisiana, an armed robbery conviction requires the offender to be imprisoned at hard labor for 10 – 99 years, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. When a firearm is used in the commission of the crime, the offender will be imprisoned for an additional 5 years that will be served consecutively to the original sentence.
