The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating Eddie Fenceroy (DOB: 02-5-1991) in connection with a murder.
On September 20, 2016, a homicide occurred at the intersection of North Claiborne and Desire Street and investigators have determined that Fenceroy may have information related to this incident.
Fenceroy is not a suspect in this investigation but only a person of interest.
