Superintendent Michael Harrison is calling on the community to speak up about the triple shooting reported on Tullis Drive on Thursday (Oct. 20) that left one man dead and two others injured, including a six-month-old male.
Harrison was at the scene and said he saw the amount of people who were out there.
"We need citizens to come forward and tell us what they know, what they heard and what they saw."
