The NOPD is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a subject and a vehicle wanted in connection with a theft investigation.
On November 8, 2023, at about 3:49 p.m., the victim reported that her purse was stolen from a shopping cart in a business parking lot in the 4000 block of Behrman Highway.
Through investigation, Fourth District detectives obtained surveillance video that shows the pictured subject as the perpetrator of this theft.
The perpetrator was then seen fleeing in the pictured maroon pickup truck.
