NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Jaia Rhodes (pictured; DOB: 8/22/1999) who is wanted for an aggravated assault incident that occurred on September 11, 2021.
At around 4:35 p.m., the victim and Rhodes were involved in a vehicle accident that occurred in the 4400 block of Chef Menteur Hwy. Afterward, both of them pulled into a nearby parking lot and the victim attempted to approach Rhodes’ car to exchange information. At that point, Rhodes reportedly rolled down her window and pointed a gun at the victim.
