Wanted Suspect Identified in NOPD Homicide Investigation

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Donnell James (pictured, black male, DOB: 01-15-1986) in the ongoing investigation of a homicide on October 13, 2021 in the 400 block of North Galvez Street.

Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives positively identified James as the perpetrator in this incident and obtained a warrant for his arrest. James is wanted on charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder.
