NOPD Seeking to Interview Persons of Interest in Homicide Investigation

The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in locating two subjects for questioning as persons of interest in the ongoing investigation of a homicide on September 26, 2021 in the 2300 block of Josephine Street.

Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives have developed Lenard “Nardy” Green (pictured at left, black male, DOB: 06-06-1985) and Nicketra Scott (pictured at right, black female, DOB: 06-05-1991) as persons of interest in this incident. Neither subject is currently wanted on criminal charges. However, detectives feel they may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to question them.
