The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Stephen Turner (pictured, male, DOB: 08-07-1982) in the investigation of an obscenity incident that occurred on October 16, 2020 at the intersection of Julia and Constance streets.
Through investigation, NOPD Eighth District detectives have positively identified Turner as the perpetrator who allegedly exposed his genitals to two female victims on the listed date.
When located, Turner will be arrested for two counts of obscenity.
