The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in the investigation of a homicide in the 1300 block of Saratoga Street on September 9, 2020.
Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives have determined the pictured individual to be the perpetrator of a homicide by shooting in this incident. The subject is wanted on a charge of second-degree murder.
The suspect is described as a black male with braided hair, wearing a blue t-shirt, dark-colored short and dark-colored shorts at the time of the incident.
