The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a suspect in the investigation of an aggravated assault of a police officer on November 13, 2020 at the intersection of Saint Anthony and North Rocheblave streets.
At approximately 10:37 a.m., the pictured subject ran from NOPD officers. When officers pursued the subject, he reportedly produced a firearm and pointed it at the officer before fleeing the location.
The suspect is described as a black male approximately 5’9” in height with a thin build and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with dark colored pants and a black baseball cap.
