The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying two persons of interest in the investigation of the homicide of Thang Nguyen on January 23, 2018 in the 4300 block of Alcee Fortier Boulevard.
The two pictured subjects are not wanted on criminal charges. However, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives believe they possibly have knowledge of pertinent information regarding this incident and wish to interview them.
