New Orleans - The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person of interest believed to have information regarding a homicide that occurred on September 17, 2020.
At around 6:27 p.m., a man sitting in his vehicle parked in the 2100 block of Clouet Street was shot by the occupants of a gray sports utility vehicle. Investigators believed Shakirah Moore (pictured, DOB: 1-23-94) has information that can help them identify a suspect(s) for this crime. Moore is only considered to be a person of interest and NOT a suspect in this investigation.
