The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in the investigation of a theft that occurred on November 18, 2019.
At about 2:27 p.m., the unknown male seen in the below photo and video surveillance rode up to the victim’s residence on a bicycle and removed a package from the victim’s front porch. The subject then fled the location on his bicycle down Freret Street towards Broadway Street, then unknown.
