NOPD officers are searching for the pictured subject after she was observed stealing several packages from the victim’s porch around 10:40 a.m. on November 19, 2019.
Officers reviewed video footage from this incident and observed an unknown white female walking in the 2700 block of Saint Thomas Street. The subject reportedly removed the packages from the victim’s front porch and fled the scene.
