Suspects Sought in Multiple Vehicle Burglaries in Second District

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subjects after their alleged involvement in multiple vehicle burglaries that occurred in the Second District.

On November 10, 2019 between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m., multiple vehicle burglaries occurred in the 1200 block of Jefferson Avenue. The vehicle utilized during the burglaries was identified as a stolen silver Highlander. The vehicle was later recovered.

On November 18, 2019 around 12:39 a.m., multiple vehicle burglaries were reported in the 5800 block of Hurst Street. The reporting person told police that a black sedan, possibly a Lexus, with tinted windows and no license plate, occupied by four to five black males was utilized to commit the burglaries.

NOPD officers received additional reports of vehicle burglaries in the 5600 block of Prytania Street. Four unknown subjects were allegedly using a dark colored sedan to commit vehicle burglaries.
