NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is looking for a suspect believed to have been in illegal possession of stolen property taken on different occasions between November 8th and 16, 2019.
Detectives have identified Michael Powell (pictured, DOB: 03/19/1979) as the person who sold 84 stolen cell tower batteries to a local recycling company. The batteries were taken from three different locations: 7490 Paris Road, 6560 Morrison Road, and 5495 Crowder Blvd.
