Suspect Wanted for Aggravated Burglary in Fourth District

NOPD officers have obtained an arrest warrant for Robert Francis (DOB: 06/05/1977), in connection with an aggravated burglary that occurred in the 1600 block of Elizardi Boulevard.

The reporting person told police three unknown black males entered his residence armed with firearms around 6:20 p.m. on October 27, 2019. The subjects allegedly bound the victim’s legs and arms with duct tape, and stole his wallet, cellphone and several other items.

The pictured subject is believed to be one of the perpetrators responsible for the burglary.
