The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a suspect who was observed on surveillance video while committing a package theft in the 11000 block of Winrock Drive.
On October 31, 2019 around 11:59 a.m., the pictured subject approached the victim’s mailbox and removed a package. The subject is believed to have been driving a silver Ford SUV with no license plate.
