NOPD officers are seeking assistance in identifying and locating a suspect who is wanted for stealing a victim’s cellphone from the 700 block of Frenchmen Street on November 10, 2019.

The reporting person told police that he observed security camera footage that showed a white male reach behind the bar top and stole his silver Samsung Galaxy Note cellphone.

The perpetrator was last seen wearing a blue “LA” hat, a green backpack, a black hoodie jacket and a t-shirt with writing on it.
