The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect in a theft that occurred on October 14, 2019.
The pictured suspect allegedly stole his wallet and phone from the victim while they were both at a location in the 700 block of Camp Street.
The female is reportedly driving a newer model white Mercedes Benz (possibly C300) with a temporary license tag.
The suspect is also under investigation as to being involved in additional theft incidents in the district.
