Subject Identified and Wanted for Fraud and Forgery in the Fourth District

NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking information that can lead to the arrest of Lionisha Parsee (pictured, DOB: 08/18/1995) who is believed to be involved in a fraud and forgery incident on November 8, 2019.

At around 7:39 a.m., Parsee was captured on Wal-Mart surveillance cameras using credit/debit cards that were stolen during a vehicle burglary.  The vehicle burglary occurred on November 7, 2019 in the 5000 block of Woodland Drive.  Parsee, along with another subject earlier identified as Bryson Henry, allegedly purchased multiple gift cards from Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie, and Walgreens with the stolen credit cards.
