NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking information that can lead to the identity of subjects involved in a shoplifting incident that happened on November 15, 2019.
At around 4:38 p.m., surveillance cameras caught the pictured unknown subjects stealing from a business in the 4300 block of Woodland Drive.
