NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is looking for information that can lead to the identity and arrest of a subject involved in a theft incident that occurred on November 8, 2019.
At around 4:02 p.m., the pictured unknown male was captured on surveillance video riding a white bicycle up to the victim’s home located in the 2100 block of Calhoun Street. The subject then removed a package from the victim’s front porch, and then fled on his bicycle southbound on Calhoun Street.
