NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is looking for information that may lead to whereabouts of a subject involved in a sexual assault incident that occurred on September 25, 2019.
At around 12 p.m., Joseph Betsill (pictured, 05/17/1983) allegedly sexually assaulted his friend in the 300 block of Royal Street. An arrest warrant has been issued for Betsill.
