The NOPD has arrested Romalis Hester (pictured, DOB: 04-21-1994) in the investigation of a shooting that occurred on November 10, 2019 in the 14600 block of Saigon Drive.
During the course of investigation, NOPD Seventh District detectives positively identified Hester as the perpetrator and obtained a warrant for his arrest.
Hester was located, arrested and booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for attempted second degree murder and illegal discharge of a firearm during a violent crime.
