The NOPD arrested Herbert Paige (pictured, DOB: 06-24-97) for Illegal Carrying of Weapons on November 2, 2019.
At around 12:50 a.m., Eighth District Task Force detectives found Paige in the 500 block of Bourbon Street. He was illegally concealing a loaded semi-automatic handgun inside of his jacket pocket.
Paige was charged accordingly and booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center.
