Cruelty and Fraud Suspect Wanted in the Fourth District

Cruelty and Fraud Suspect Wanted in the Fourth District

The NOPD is looking for information regarding Steve John a.k.a “Joe Pizzo” (pictured, DOB: 3/27/1985) who is wanted for cruelty to the infirm and residential contractor fraud. 

On October 15, 2019, John allegedly agreed to complete construction work on the victim’s home located in the 3700 block of Rue Nichole.  The victim paid John $2,400, however John did not perform any work on the home.  

John is currently being held in the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office Correctional Facility for similar charges.
