WANTED: NOPD Identifies Suspect in Simple Robbery on Mandeville Street

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Samuel Harris (DOB: 06-13-1999) in connection with a simple robbery that occurred on November 2, 2018 in the 1700 block of Mandeville Street.

At about 2:30 p.m., the victim was reportedly attacked by three unknown black males. During the attack, the suspects removed cash and a cell phone from the victim and fled the scene.

Through investigation and intelligence gathering, NOPD Fifth District detectives developed Harris as a suspect.
