The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify numerous subjects believed responsible for an auto theft that occurred on November 3, 2018 in the 3400 block of Wall Boulevard.
At about 11:28 p.m., the above depicted subjects were observed on video surveillance cameras abandoning a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Tulane Avenue and South Claiborne Avenue. The vehicle was later discovered to have been reported stolen from the 3400 block of Wall Boulevard.
