The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying a subject believed to be responsible for a theft incident that occurred in the 5711 block of Crowder Boulevard on October 27, 2018.
The pictured subject was seen taking an iPhone X that was placed on a counter by another customer at the location.
